This video is set in one room with the main singer constantly walking into different settings as the song goes on. One of those scenes were a forest, they've created this by using a projector and fake trees inside.

One of our ideas for our music video was a performance scene in a forest, we thought that this would be indie and fit with the genre of the song. However, we thought against the idea because as its heading to winter, the lighting would be very low quality because of the darkness, and also transporting instruments would be a problem. 
In Keanes music video, they've created the same idea, including mossy instruments and leaves on the drums to set the scene.

In conclusion, we decided that i would be the best performer for the role due to my audition, however i still have to learn the words thoroughly and focus on the camera a bit more.

Today in class we presented our group ideas and gave each other feedback...

Class Feedback:

1st Choice)

-Solo

-The colour scheme worked well for our "pop princess" idea 

-A few people suggested that our dancing might be a hard element however could work well for our 'cheesy' pop video

-Also filming in one location might be boring and not keep the audience engaged 

-More performance 

-They suggested we use 4/5 back up dancers/singers for our video

-Narrative=Good girl gone bad

-Dark settings 

-no real narrative-Bit more performance 

-Too much walking=boring 

-Very arty, the majority of the class preferred this idea

Conclusion)

Our group have decided to go with our first idea because we don't see a real potential for the second idea. Also it would be really hard to get to some of the locations for our second idea and pull it off. However, taking all the feedback into consideration, we might combine some of the arty ideas into the first idea. We felt like the first idea could work really well because all the ideas fitted the song and it could be more enjoyable to make.
